Porton Down Incubator Laboratories Cat B (MEP Design)

New fit out to shell and core for tenant laboratories Porton Down (Cost £1,000,000)

Full MEP design including 3D design in REVIT for coordination. This was for the overall tenant to the fit-out of the shell and core ground floor and plantroom.

Saxongate Flats, Southampton (Mechanical & Public Health Design)

New development in Southampton comprising of 39 flats, mixture of different sized dwellings (Cost £800,000.00)

Mechanical and public health design of 39 flats in Southampton. This included all core area services, landlord services and coordinated services.

1 Redcliff Street Fit out South West Annexe, 1st, 2nd, & 6th floor Cat A (MEP Design)

New fit out of Cat A offices to provide new MEP services to the requirements of performance specification from the landlord services. (Cost £750,000.00)

Full MEP design including coordination and O&M Manuals for Contractor. The design works included;
Mechanical – new 4-pipe fan coils from CHW, LTHW and condensate pipework distribution, primary fresh air mechanical ductwork to the rear of the fan coils with extract bell mouths at the riser cores. New toilet extract and supply to the core areas.
Electrical – New LV power distribution from landlord rising busbars to local distribution boards serving underfloor powertrac installation for future fit out. New lighting design to suit the requirements of the office. Design and coordination of specialist packages including fire alarm and security.
Public Health – New hot and cold water installation to service the core area toilets and the future provision to serve tenant fit out areas from the riser.

North Somerset (Project Management)

Boiler Replacement works North Somerset.  (Cost £200,000.00)

We designed and installed over 1 Megawatt of boilers at North summerset head office, to increase efficiency and conform with the new European Standards

Coombeshead Academy

(Cost £400,000.00)

This was an extension to a Pre-existing school we worked collaboratively to install a fully compliant and efficient plantroom and ventilation/air-conditioning system

Exeter University (Project Management)

Cornwall House solar thermal/swimming pool eco installation. (Cost £150,000.00)

We developed, a solar via swimming pool/Plate heat exchanger system to interface with the newly refurbished Exeter university social block. This increased efficacy and betterment f social ventilation systems to a dated block within the university.

Streatham Building refurbishment works and Armoury Building (Cost £199,000.00)

We developed a local ventilation system, working in conjunction with the preferred design team at Exeter university, to increase better ventilation and cooling to the lecture rooms whist reducing running costs.

 

MOD HMS Heron, (Project Management)New Dunker facility

(£2,366,000.00)

We worked in conjunction with a Bristol based contractor to deliver a new helicopter safety facility for the MOD. This consisted of 3 dunker pools, HP compressed air, almost 2 Megawatt of heating and state of the art equipment.

International (Surveys Validation and rectification)

Choles Royal Navy Vessel De-lapidation and rectification works, Located in Garden Island Sydney. (£36,000.00)

We were commissioned to travel to Australia to survey and improve ventilation systems on one of Australia’s newest Navel vessels.

BRI children’s hospital Validation and remedials.

(£30K +)

This was an in-detailed survey of the existing systems and provide improvement options and highlight non-compliant issues. We also provided up-to date as fitted drawings and calculations to offer water saving options.

BRI dental Hospital Validation and remedials.
